You have to love Norman, who is a tremendously experienced expert on lease negotiation and real estate evaluation for dentists.  He works all over the U.S. (which makes him rare) and has so many stories and ideas, as well as warnings and wisdom to share.  I thought you would find him as fun as we did. Mike Green and I found him informative and charming.

When it comes to determining where you want to practice, you want to research the facts that will make a real difference.  Surprisingly, these factors might actually make you happier in practice in addition to making your practice more profitable.

During my many conversations with dentists I hear lots of complaints that the best places are too crowded.  I have mentioned that before.  But as we look at the populations who have need and money (and time), we have to go back to look at the Elderly.  New places are springing up which look increasingly viable when we take the older crowd into account.
